  • As all purchases are Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are encouraged to inspect their items at the time of delivery.
  • Please check for any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items before accepting the package.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

  • Items must be damaged, defective, or not as described to be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Requests for returns or refunds must be reported immediately after delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

Resolution

  • If your request is approved, we may offer:
    • A replacement item, or
    • A refund, at our discretion.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Items not reported within a reasonable time frame after delivery may not be eligible.
